Lusha pricing · 5 credits a phone and the seat that comes with 0 credits

Lusha's per-phone price lands close to FullEnrich's. The bill moves on extra seats that bring 0 credits and on yearly credits that reset. Here is every Lusha plan priced per phone.

$0.62.

That's the most one phone number costs on Lusha's price list. The least is about $0.40. FullEnrich charges about $0.55 for a found mobile.

So Lusha's listed prices look about the same as everyone else's. The real cost hides in the credit rules.

A phone takes 5 credits. A third rep costs $49.90 a month and brings 0 credits. Sending a contact to your CRM costs another credit.

The last rule depends on how you pay. Credits roll over on monthly plans. On yearly plans they reset.

How Lusha credits work

A credit is Lusha's unit of spend. Lusha's pricing page says revealing an email costs 1 credit. Revealing a phone number costs 5. A reveal means paying to see a contact's details.

A seat is one user login. Each plan comes with a set number of seats and credits.

  • Free · $0, 40 credits a month, 1 seat.
  • Starter · $49.90 a month for 400 credits, 1 seat.
  • Pro · $69.90 a month for 600 credits, 2 seats. A slider goes up to $362.40 for 3,200 credits.
  • Premium · $399.90 a month for 3,400 credits, 5 seats. The slider goes up to $977.40 for 10,000 credits.

Yearly billing costs 25% less. Starter is $449.10 a year for 4,800 credits.

Here's what one phone costs on each plan. This is the page's own math. Take the plan price, divide by credits, and multiply by 5.

| Plan | Seats included | Per phone, monthly | Per phone, yearly | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Starter | 1 | $0.62 | $0.47 | | Pro | 2 | $0.58 to $0.57 | $0.44 | | Premium | 5 | $0.59 to $0.49 | $0.44 to $0.40 |

FullEnrich's found mobile runs $0.58 on its smallest plan and about $0.50 on its 10,000-credit plan. Anyone who says one is way cheaper per phone is reading the wrong rows.

One more quirk. Lusha's monthly Pro slider gives no volume discount. Each extra 200 credits adds the same $22.50.

The third rep comes with 0 credits

Pro includes 2 seats. Premium includes 5.

Lusha's pricing page lists an extra seat at $49.90 a month, or $449.10 a year. That seat comes with 0 credits. Pro allows up to 8 extra seats. Premium allows up to 20. Lusha's FAQ says teams larger than 5 users should talk to sales.

FullEnrich has no seat fee. Every plan includes unlimited users.

Here's an example team. Three reps each reveal 200 phones a month. That's 600 phones, or 3,000 Lusha credits.

Lusha Pro monthly at 3,000 credits is $339.90 with 2 seats. The third rep adds $49.90. The bill is $389.80 a month, or about $0.65 per phone.

The same 600 phones on FullEnrich need 6,000 credits if every lookup finds a mobile. That sits between the 5,000-credit plan at $255 and the 10,000-credit plan at $499. Every miss and every landline costs 0, so your real count depends on your find rate. Unused credits carry forward for 3 months on monthly plans.

So FullEnrich can land above or below Lusha for this team. The seat line and the miss rule move the bill more than the price per phone.

Sending contacts to your CRM costs credits too

A CRM is the system where your team keeps customer records. Lusha's own price list charges for the trip there.

Exporting a record to your CRM costs 1 credit. A CSV export costs 1 credit per 25 rows. Showing buying signals costs 1 credit. The AI assistant costs 1 credit per 5 prompts.

So reveal 200 phones and push them to your CRM. That's 1,000 credits for the phones plus 200 for the export. The export alone adds 20%.

Plan your credits around the full trip. The reveal is only the first stop.

Monthly credits roll over and yearly credits reset

Rollover means unused credits carry into the next month.

Lusha's FAQ says monthly plans roll unused credits over. They keep piling up to twice your plan's monthly amount.

Yearly plans work differently. You get all your credits up front and pay 25% less. The FAQ says unused credits reset at the end of the yearly cycle. Plans auto-renew, which means they start a new term on their own.

So yearly is cheaper per credit. Any credits you didn't use are gone on the anniversary.

FullEnrich rolls unused credits for 12 months on yearly plans and 3 months on monthly plans.

A simple rule works here. Stay monthly until you know your real phone count. Go yearly once usage is steady.

The switchboard problem

Price per phone only matters if the number reaches a person.

Lusha's price list has one phone price, 5 credits. It doesn't split mobiles from office lines. So a switchboard number costs the same 5 credits as a direct mobile.

FullEnrich charges only for a mobile it finds and verifies. A landline comes back free. A miss costs nothing. It runs a waterfall, which tries more than 25 data sources in order until one finds the number.

BetterContact scores every mobile for how likely it is to connect. It charges only for the top-scoring numbers. Scoring the weak ones is free.

Lusha also lists a waterfall feature on its paid plans. Its pricing page doesn't say how that bills, so ask before you count on it.

No public test has run Lusha and FullEnrich on the same list. Try both on a slice of your own contacts before you move your whole phone budget.

What to pick

Lusha still has a place for quick lookups. Here's how to split the work.

  • Your real phone list. Run it through FullEnrich. About $0.55 per found mobile on the 1,000-credit plan, no seat fees, and misses cost $0.
  • A second try on phones. Send what FullEnrich misses to BetterContact. You pay only for its top-scoring mobiles.
  • Email lists and outreach. Use an Apollo seat.
  • Quick one-off lookups. Keep Lusha's Chrome extension on a small plan.
