Mission Inbox

Inbox infra

Dedicated-IP outbound SMTP cubes. Mailboxes and sends sit under your sequencer.

The verdict

Mission Inbox is a sending layer under your sequencer, not a Google Workspace reseller. It fits technical teams that want IP isolation and owned reputation.

It is the wrong buy if you only want Workspace logos in Admin Console.

What operators say

“Mission Inbox deliverability is now neck & neck with G-suite and microsoft infra, and in our case, 2x better.”

“Deliverability used to be my #1 problem. Now, it's like 2009-2012 again…”

“Super happy with the results. I'm seeing a 33% reply rate with over 54% positive replies on one campaign…”

Best for

Technical teams that want owned IP reputation and bring-your-own-infra stacks under a sequencer.

Not for

Buyers who only want Google Workspace logos in Admin Console and will not touch SMTP credentials.

Pricing truth

Lite is $50 per month for 15 mailboxes and 5k sends. Scale is $199 per month for 30 mailboxes and 10k sends. Pro is $99 per month for 5 domains and 100k sends. Warmup credits have historically been about $3 per mailbox. Checked 13 Sep 2026.

When we use it

  • Run owned dedicated-IP sending under your sequencer campaign UI.
  • Isolate client reputation in agency SMTP cubes instead of shared pools.
  • Support developer or API platforms that need 100k-plus sends with domain overages.
  • Skip when a non-technical buyer only wants the official Workspace Admin UI.

How to wire it

  1. Pick Lite or Scale for mailbox plans, or Pro for API high-volume domains.
  2. Point your sequencer at Mission SMTP or API credentials.
  3. Enable warmup credits if offered, and ramp before you hit full daily caps.
  4. Monitor dedicated IP reputation weekly, and swap domains when one burns.

Margin notes

  • Lite overages pause sending. Upgrade before you hit the 5k send wall.
  • Pro math is $99 plus $2 per domain plus $1 per 1k sends over 100k.
  • Diversify. Keep crown domains on direct Google Workspace or Microsoft.
  • Vendor reply-rate testimonials are not your ICP. A/B first.
  • Dedicated-server peers exist. This page ranks Mission only.
