Seamless.AI pricing · no price on the page and a 60-day exit window
Seamless.AI's pricing page is now a form. Its terms make every plan a yearly contract, even on monthly billing, with a 60-day cancel window. Vendr's median Seamless.AI deal is $8,350 a year.

Seamless.AI's terms make every plan a yearly contract. That holds even when you pay monthly. And you have to cancel 60 days before the year ends.
So read the exit terms before you look for a price. On Seamless.AI's site, the exit terms are easier to find.
The pricing page is a form
Seamless.AI's pricing page has no plan cards and no dollar amounts. It offers "special pricing for unlimited users, bulk credits, prospector, job changes, buyer intent, and enrichment." Then it asks you to fill in a form.
The best buyer number comes from Vendr. Vendr is a company that helps businesses buy software and tracks what buyers paid. Vendr's median Seamless.AI contract is $8,350 a year. Vendr doesn't say how many deals that comes from.
For scale, the same Vendr table puts RocketReach's median at $6,750.
Supered captured the plan page on September 25, 2026 and wrote it up on October 1. In that capture, Free gave 1 user 50 credits. Pro was priced per user and plans "start off at 10,000 annual credits." The FAQ said a credit "is used when Seamless.AI researches a contact." The same capture shows a "Switch and Save" offer. It gives discounts or credits worth "up to 50%" of what is left on a competitor's contract.
A credit here is one research job on one contact. So 10,000 credits a year is about 833 contacts a month for one rep.
Seamless.AI publishes no dollar price for those credits. So there's no honest cost per contact to print.
Monthly billing sits on a yearly contract
Seamless.AI's terms of use say it in one line.
All subscriptions for the Services are annual with monthly or annual billing cycles.

"Monthly" is only how often the bill arrives. The contract still runs 12 months.
The terms also say all sales are final once you buy.
That surprises people who read "monthly" as month to month. A Seamless.AI user posted on Reddit in August 2026 about the trade-off.
I found seamless.ai to be really good but … they're a little pricey. Plus they want a year contract

The 60-day exit window
Auto-renew means a contract starts a new term on its own unless you cancel in time.
Seamless.AI's terms say you must change or cancel your plan in the Seamless.AI platform no later than 60 days before the renewal date. If you don't, the contract automatically renews for 12 more months. The terms were last updated July 12, 2024.
On a 12-month deal, that exit window closes around month 10. Count it in days and it's about day 305.
The terms do let you leave. You just have to do it in the platform, and on time.
Timing matters for another reason. ChartMogul tracks revenue for subscription companies. In its data, 40% of first-year plan upgrades land at month 12. Renewal is when sellers ask for more, and your exit window has already closed by then.
So put the date in your calendar the day you sign. Count the 60 days back from your exact renewal date, and ask the rep to confirm that date in writing before you sign.

Credits come back for bad emails
Here's a fair point for Seamless.AI.
Its Bulk Credits page says one pool of credits covers Search, Enrich, AI Assistant, Autopilot and the API. Admins can set limits per user. The page also says credits "automatically return for invalid emails or bad data."
That's a good rule. The page doesn't mention phones by name, though. Ask your rep how a wrong or dead phone number is handled before you plan a calling list around it.
FullEnrich's rule for phones is stricter. You pay only when it finds and verifies a mobile. A mobile costs 10 credits. A landline comes back free. A miss costs nothing.

If you need phones, buy phones month to month
If the real need is mobile numbers, you can buy just those.
FullEnrich sells credits on monthly plans you can stop any month. On the 1,000-credit plan, $55 a month, a credit costs about $0.055. So a found mobile costs about $0.55. Every plan includes unlimited users, and unused credits carry forward for 3 months on monthly plans.
FullEnrich runs a waterfall. A waterfall tries several data sources in order until one finds the number. FullEnrich uses more than 25.
Here's the page's own math. Vendr's $8,350 median would buy about 15,180 found mobiles a year at $0.55. That's about 1,265 a month. You could stop next month if the numbers don't connect.
If you also want a database seat, Apollo sells a self-serve seat for search and email lists.
The Switch and Save offer cuts both ways. It helps when you arrive with another vendor's contract. It's also a reminder to read the exit terms on anything you sign next.

What to pick
- You need mobile numbers. Use FullEnrich. About $0.55 per found mobile, month to month, and a miss costs $0.
- You want a second try on phones. Send FullEnrich's misses to BetterContact. It charges only for the mobiles it scores most likely to connect.
- You want a self-serve database. Use an Apollo seat.
- You still want Seamless.AI. Get the quote, and ask for the renewal date in writing.
If you sign Seamless.AI, put day 305 in your calendar today.
